Summer

I can't wait for it.
I have waited so long for it.
To have the sun's rays beating down on me.
To have sand inbetween my toes
To have the feeling of water all around me

I have been through the coldness.
I have been through the darkness.
I have been waiting patiently for this time.
Where I can wake up whenever I want.

I can make up my own schedule.
I don't have to worry about a coat.
All I have to worry about is if I have sunscreen
I can't wait for Summer.
